Rib cookin Tip

Don't Boil your Ribs when prepping for the grill or smoker. Remove silver skin on rib side and cook slow and low with plenty of seasoning (Grendeddy Dave's Hawg Rub is a good one) on the meat side. Top off with Grendeddy Daves Sweet and Mild BBQ Sauce for that beautiful sweet flavor.
